Stephen Mitchell

SENIOR PASTOR

After serving as the Youth & Associate Pastor at TBC for over 7 years, Pastor Stephen Mitchell now serves as the Lead Pastor. His vision is to see Trinity build on its rich legacy and continue to be an outreaching beacon of God's love and truth in our community, as well as raise up followers of Christ who will change our community and world.

Pastor Steve believes his life calling as a Pastor is to show God's Love and proclaim the truth of God's Word, in love, to His church and to the world. He graduated from Valley Forge Christian College with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and later went on to achieve his Master's in Divinity. He lives in Severna Park with his wife Cass, who is a licensed counselor, and their two children: Isaac and Valerie.


Ed Thomas

CHAIRMAN, TRUSTEES BOARD

Edwin (Ed) Thomas serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Trinity Bible Church. He is a longtime resident of Pasadena who is deeply committed to serving both his church and the community. Ed has played a pivotal role in spearheading church safety initiatives and educating families about internet safety for children and known for his advocacy for anti-human trafficking, partnering with Maryland regional organizations and law enforcement to protect vulnerable populations.

With over 30 years of experience teaching Bible studies in various settings, Ed is known for his mentorship and genuine compassion, guiding others in faith and service. Through his work as Chairman, Ed embodies the church's commitment to living God's Love by fostering a safe, caring, and proactive congregation.


Zach Joines

Worship Leader

Zach Joines serves as the Music Director and Worship Leader at Trinity Bible Church. He has a deep love for music, and his passion is to see music used as a tool, primarily, to bring glory to God and, secondarily, to encourage others to surrender to the Holy Spirit. His vision for the worship ministry is to grow and strengthen Trinity Bible's worshipers according to John 4:24. 


In addition to musical experience, ZJ has an extensive background in audio engineering and studio recording. He graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with a degree in Music Technology. Zach currently lives in Glen Burnie, MD, with his wife Lizl.

Aramis Tisdale

Youth Leader

Aramis serves as the Youth Leader at Trinity Bible Church where he directs The Refuge. His passion for worship and investment in the next generation defines his calling in both his professional and ministry life.​


Aramis is a gifted musician and worship leader, as well. Aramis plays bass guitar and leads worship throughout the Maryland area. He frequently performs at worship events with his wife, Chelsea. Together, they lead others into authentic encounters with God through contemporary Christian worship.​

By day, Aramis is a dedicated educator, teaching at Solley Elementary School. Through The Refuge, he helps students prioritize their relationship with Christ while creating a welcoming space where young people can belong, grow, and discover their purpose in God's kingdom.​

Holly Gue

Children's Ministry Coordinator

Holly Gue was born and raised in Silver Spring, MD. She joined the Trinity Bible Church family in 2014, was baptized shortly after, and began volunteering in the Children's Ministry. She is excited to serve and help children build a strong foundation through our Faith Friends program. Our mission is to know, grow, and show God's love to our children.

She is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Rich Gue, and together they have two beautiful daughters: Gabriella and Juliette. She has a residential real estate practice and loves helping people within her community with their real estate goals. In her spare time, she loves coffee, traveling, reading, shopping, and spending time with her family.


Rich Gue

Creative Director

Rich is grateful to serve as Creative Director, using the gifts God has given him to support our church family. As a follower of Christ, husband, and father of two daughters, he seeks to honor God in all he does.

Rich enjoys exploring creative solutions and learning new approaches to media and technology. His background includes working with production teams for local sports franchises like the Baltimore Ravens, Orioles, and Washington Commanders, Wizards, and Capitals, where he gained experience in live event production. He studied Media Arts and Animation at The Art Institute of Washington.

Whether it's a new project or finding a better way to do something, Rich is passionate about using whatever skills he has to serve others and point people toward Jesus.
